Former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion Conor McGregor has been arrested in Corsica, France
According to sources, McGregor is facing charges of alleged attempted sexual assault and indecent exposure following an incident on September 10th
“Following a complaint filed on September 10 denouncing acts that could be described as attempted sexual assault and sexual exhibition,” a prosecutor said, “Mr. Conor Anthony McGregor was the subject of a hearing by the police.”
McGregor retired from the sport of MMA in June but hinted at a return early Friday morning when he posted photos showing compliance of USADA testing.
No further information has been released on the arrest
