Angelo Leo vs Tomoki Kameda Breakdown

Angelo Leo won the IBF Featherweight world title from Luis Alberto Lopez via brutal KO in August of last year. That fight took place in Angelo’s hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Now he travels across the world to Osaka, Japan for his first defence against the formidable Tomoki Kameda. 

Tomoki Kameda had once held a WBO world title back in 2013, and was an interim WBC champion in 2018. On Saturday the 33 year old, from the famous Kameda fighting family, gets another chance to call himself a world champion in a hometown fight of his own against a prime Angelo Leo.
