UFC prospect Jamahal Hill (8-0 4KO) took to Instagram, Sunday, to announce his upcoming fight with Paul Craig and express his desire to become a household name

“I’ll just confirm it now!!! March 20th I will be handing out another degree!!! This won’t be just any degree this will be a masters degree level ass whooping!!! I feel slightly disrespected and it’s time that the world knows exactly who I am and what fuckin time it is!!!#SWEETDREAMSERA #TOUCHEMUPUNIVERSITY

For Hill, “prospect” may not be the appropriate word to describe the undefeated 29-year-old as his most recent win over Ovince Saint Preux (25-15 11KO) likely labels him a “contender”

After starting his professional career with four straight victories under Knockout Promotions and a lone victory under Lights Out Championship, Hill got a call up to Dana White’s Contenders Series and made good on the opportunity with a second-round TKO

On paper, Hill may be considered a prospect only eight fights into his professional career, but the eye test will tell you that Hill is an extremely dangerous striker with a versatile top game and an exciting and intriguing overall game

Hill’s feeling of being “slightly disrespected” most likely comes from the fact that his next opponent, Paul Craig (14-4 2KO), is ranked #14 after such a big win over a UFC veteran.

A win over such a dominant wrestler, however, may be exactly what Hill needs to enter the UFC Light Heavyweight Title conversation.
